At Ashirwad Industries, we take pride in our “100% Guarantee” on all premium fencing and wire products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

To receive a full refund, please ensure:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. For example, Barbed Wire or Chainlink Mesh should not be unrolled or cut.
  • Hardware: Items like M10 Nut & Bolts must be in their original quantity and condition.

2. The Refund Process

  1. Initiation: Call us at 8888638730 or email your order details.
  2. Inspection: Once the material is returned to our facility, our quality team will inspect it for any usage or damage.
  3. Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
  4. Credit: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card) within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs for Refunds

  • Our Mistake: If the refund is due to a manufacturing defect (e.g., lower GSM than 120 or incorrect wire gauge), Ashirwad Industries will bear all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product for other reasons, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Any fencing or wire cut to custom non-standard lengths at the client’s request cannot be refunded unless defective.
  • Used Material: Any wire that has been installed or poles that have been grouted into the ground.

5. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued immediately. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as a return and may incur two-way shipping fees.
