2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging (coils should not be unrolled).
  • The product shows no signs of on-site usage or damage (unless reporting a transit defect).
  • All tags, barcodes, and certification labels are intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Cut Orders: Chainlink mesh or wires cut to specific non-standard lengths requested by the customer.
  • Bulk Project Orders: Large-scale industrial orders (e.g., Highway Border Fencing) are subject to a restock fee unless defective.
