  • Flat Rate: For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the product.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Most orders for standard items (like Barbed Wire and GI Binding Wire) are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • Estimated Arrival: * Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote/Forest Areas: 7–10 business days.

3. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our trusted logistics partners, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Heavy Materials: For bulk items like GI Angle Fence Poles and large Steel Coils, delivery is typically made to the ground floor or the nearest accessible point for the transport vehicle.
  • Unloading: Please ensure on-site labor or equipment is available for unloading heavy industrial consignments.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take 100% responsibility for transit. If you receive a damaged product:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Keep the original packaging for inspection.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund under our “No Questions Asked” return policy.
