Welcome to Ashirwad Industries. By placing an order for our premium steel wires, fencing, or hardware, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Specifications

  • Accuracy: We strive to provide exact specifications (e.g., 12×14 Barbed Wire, 120 GSM coating). However, slight industrial tolerances in weight and gauge may occur within ±5% of industry standards.
  • Usage: Our products are designed for specific uses (Farm, Industrial, Forest fencing). Ashirwad Industries is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of products beyond their intended tensile strength.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Lowest Price Guarantee: We aim to provide the best market rates. Prices for steel products may fluctuate based on raw material market trends.
  • Taxes: All prices listed (e.g., ₹71.50 for Barbed Wire) are subject to applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders: An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or as per agreed-upon credit terms for industrial contracts.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Applicable only on orders meeting the minimum threshold (Above ₹500/$5).
  • Site Access: For heavy deliveries like Steel Coils or Fence Poles, the customer must ensure the delivery vehicle has clear access to the unloading point.
  • Unloading: The customer is responsible for providing labor or machinery for unloading heavy industrial consignments.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos (Ashirwad Industries), and product images are the property of Ashirwad Industries. Unauthorized use of our marketing material for resale or third-party promotion is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Ashirwad Industries provides a 100% Guarantee on material quality. However, our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any secondary costs, such as labor charges for installation or removal of fencing.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Ashirwad Industries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your local business registration district.
